Hey, Mrs. Wilson!

Today? I am 25.

Woot.

I like birthdays, but I don’t make a big deal about mine anymore because really, I’m just getting older. Noah rubs this in every birthday because for 2 months and 11 days I’m older than he is. He likes this fact and tells everyone he’s married to a cougar.

I got calls from both my parents, my sister, my brother, my in-laws, and a friend of mine; and my husband and daughters took me out for breakfast.  Oh yea, and an absolutely hilarious e-card from my brother and sister-in-law.

I’m still full.

This weekend is totally my weekend. Today, my birthday; tomorrow, Mother’s Day. Go me.

Also? Today was the best day I’ve had in about a month. I got to stay home all day and clean.

Seriously, it was awesome.

The last month has been filled with packing, moving, cleaning, traveling … and it feels so good to just stay at home all the live long day.

I totally enjoyed the vacation the girls and I took, but I was so happy to come home.

Today was also a great day for Noah. I made all his wildest dreams come true. How? I washed, dried, folded, and put away all the laundry in one day. He’s been wanting this our whole marriage so far and this is the first time I’ve done it. I know, I’m awesome.

The only thing that is not nice about this day is the fact that Liliana just got her first eye tooth (bottom right). That would explain why she has been so miserable. She’s done quite fine during previous teething episodes, but apparently eye teeth suck the life out of children and their parents.

And BY THE WAY, I did miss my husband the most! Even more than I missed his toothpaste! You know, I just didn’t want to get all mooshy and cheesy …
