Camp!
We FINALLY have an ETA for our internet at home. Wednesday at 3:00 pm. We CANNOT WAIT!!! (I haven’t read a blog in over a week and I’m having some serious withdrawals.) I’m back at Starbucks to get my internet fill for a couple minutes. I will post about our trip when we finally get internet at home, since I have the longest post EVER for you. I know you’re excited.
For now, I will tell you about our weekend at camp. Kind of. I’ll post pictures anyway.
We set out on Friday afternoon for the 268 km trek to camp.
The first night we were there, we went to check out the lake. It was only a ten minute walk from the camp. The girls totally loved it and we promised that we’d go back the next day.
The second day, while Liliana napped, Russ, Sue, Noah, Kaylie and I went to play mini golf. Kaylie had been quite excited about it and totally enjoyed the attention of four adults all on her with no baby around.
When Liliana woke up from her nap, we took the kids to the beach again. Liliana loved the freedom from her car seat.
Kaylie loves water, so naturally she had a great time. She was sad when we had to leave when some giant storm clouds rolled in.
Liliana acquainted herself with the sand. Apparently it tasted quite good.
The thing about ingesting sand, is that it has to come out eventually. Unfortunately for Kaylie, it came out during the bath the girls took together once we arrived back home last night. Kaylie quickly jumped out of the poop-filled tub and Liliana decided to play in it in the time it took me to find a towel for her.
Gross.
So, there’s a couple pictures for you, just so that you don’t show up at my door with torches and pitch forks. I’ll FINALLY update you on the cross-country move on Wednesday when all is well in the world again due to internet being in our home again.

Hooray your internet is coming! :)
Great pics, looks like a really fun time.
finally…ive missed you!
