I got hit by a bus
Not literally, just figuratively. Ever woken up that way? Your head is throbbing, you feel like you’re swallowing knives, your nose is running faster than your refrigerator, you have that all-over achy feeling … and you can’t take drugs because you’re still nursing full time. Fun.
We had a farewell dinner for my in-laws the other night. There was some scary stuff going on that night involving spandex and a Speedo. I’ll spare you the details. I’m scarred for life after watching that. Here’s a short clip of my church elders though. I love that the leaders in my church have a sense of humor.
While this was going on, Liliana was bonding with her Papa. Oh yea, and she’s FIVE months old already. Can you believe it?

Nope, can’t believe it! And I can’t believe next time I get to see her she’ll probably be walking and all that jazz.
it feels like we just had our babies…. sigh
Teresa - ACK! Don’t say “walking”!
The Dykstra’s - I know, hey? Wasn’t it just the beginning of April and I was hoping to have my baby early?
Yay! I’m so glad you’re going to be my partner with NaBloPoMo…we can help each other thing of lame things to write about each day!
