I have to say, I’m no supermom- I saw that news story a while ago. But, they said the Avent bottles contained some, but not harmful amounts. So, I’m not tossing mine.

Information is power, started to hear a while ago about the’pseudo-hormones’ in these plastics. Have to watch out for aluminum containers also, hopefully stainless steel is safer.
I heard that it was if you heated the bottle or froze the bottle(plastic water bottles). The heat or ice will cause the reaction to leak the chemicals from the plastic. You’re supposed to heat the bottle in a seperate container(glass, ceramic) and then transfer to the bottle.
The same is with all plastic food containers. Never reheat any of the leftovers in the microwave in these containers. Instead transfer them to a glass, or ceramic bowl/plate.
Probably safer to throw out.
