I was tagged by Laurie to share 5 unusual things about myself. Here goes.

1. My ears are not symmetrical. I didn’t notice this fact until my mom shattered my world when I was about 15.

2. I had my appendix removed unnecessarily when I was 7. The doctors thought I had appendicitis, but when they opened me up, my appendix was fine and I ended up having infected lymph glands. They took out my appendix anyway though.

3. I love to read blogs about babies. Like this one and this one and this one. I love babies. I’d love to have lots of babies. But, they grow up. I only want two kids. At least right now. Ask me again when Liliana is 12.

4. I like to watch the commentaries on DVD series and I like to watch TV with the subtitles on. It drives Noah insane.

5. Speaking of driving Noah insane, it’s one of my favorite things to do. Nothing makes me happier than when he has his you-are-so-nerdy-it’s-unbelievable face on.

    I watch TV with the subtitles on, too. Something about seeing the words in print enhances the experience for me.
