Valentine’s Day has an apostrophe
Happy Valentine’s Day!!
Last night, Kaylie and I decided to make Valentines for her class. We used SAJ’s Valentags and a whole bag of sweet notes to make 25 little Valentine’s treats.

Luckily, I had a whole schwak of tulle left over from my wedding. We started with that.

Kaylie thought it was the greatest thing in the world that we were doing a craft together. This kid lives for crafts. I, sadly, am not very crafty. I try.

Kaylie counted out hearts for each treat and put them in neat little piles.

Next? We put two pieces of tulle together and put a bunch of little hearts in the middle.

Like so.

Then tied it with a little red ribbon.

Like so.

And voila!

The one below was my favorite

My wonderful, handsome husband sent me some flowers at work today. What a sweetie.

Pretty, huh?

I took them home on my lunch so that they could make our dining room look pretty for the showing today. It was the fourth this week. The ninth in two weeks. And there’s another tomorrow.
I am quite sick of making our house look perfect. It’s quite amazing how fast two little kids can mess up a house.
We’re getting quicker though. It took us a full day to prepare for the very first one, and now we can do it in an hour. By the time the house sells, Noah and I will be pros.
When I spoke to my father-in-law earlier, to tell him of all the goings on with his house, he said that the line “come peer over my fence” under my blog title was creepy.
Hmph.
I’m patiently waiting for Noah to get home so that we can have our romantic candle-lit dinner.
Pizza and tea-lights.
No kids.

Aww, aww, and awwwwwww!
